crêpes fourrées ail de l’ours et courgettes/ crepe folded with zucchini, wild garlic April 22, 2013

Pour les crêpes : 1 tasse de farine, 1 tasse d’eau, 1/2 cuillère de sel fin, 1/2cuillère d’huile.

Pour le fourrage : une courgette en rondelles, environ 20feuilles d’ail de l’ours hachées.

Placez dans un plat une crêpe cuite, de la courgette, une crêpe cuite,  l’ail de l’ours haché, une crêpe cuite, la courgette.

 

Mettre au four à 200degrés pendant 15minutes.

For crepe : a cup of floor, a cup of water, half a spoon salt, half a spoon olive oil.

For folding : a sliced zucchini, 20 leaves of wild garlic (ail de l’our) cut.

Make 4 crepes with water, floor, a bit of olive oil and salt.

Put one crepe, then slices of raw zucchini, then a crepe, then the garlic leaves, then a crepe, then zucchini, and then a crepe.

Add a bit of olive oil at the top, with salt.

 

Put in on a oven, 200degrees celsius, 15minutes.
